Cresting LLC Privacy Policy
Summary
Cresting LLC builds its products with privacy in mind. Our services are not designed around profiling users, selling personal information, or targeted advertising. Technical analytics and diagnostics may be used to keep our products working properly and improve them, generally using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible. Content you intentionally provide is used to deliver the features you request.
This Privacy Policy describes the general data practices of Cresting LLC (“Cresting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) across our applications, websites, software, and related services, including Collectibles3D (the “Services”).
Information You Provide
Some features require content you choose to provide, such as photographs, files, notes, collection information, locations, or feedback. We use this content primarily to provide the requested feature. Some content may be processed by trusted service providers when necessary to operate features such as cloud storage, artificial intelligence, or 3D generation.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use limited technical information to identify crashes, diagnose bugs, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve our Services. This may include application and operating-system versions, device characteristics, crash information, performance measurements, and general feature usage. Where reasonably possible, this information is aggregated or de-identified and is not intended to identify individual users.
Apple may also provide analytics and diagnostic information according to your Apple device settings and Apple’s privacy practices.
User Content
Content submitted to a Cresting Service may be stored or processed as necessary to provide the features you request. For example, photographs submitted to Collectibles3D may be processed to create and store 3D models. Cresting does not intend to use private user content to build advertising profiles or sell that content to advertisers or data brokers.
Ownership and permitted uses of submitted and generated content are further addressed by the applicable product’s Terms of Use.
Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Cresting does not receive your complete payment-card or banking information. We may receive information necessary to determine subscription or purchase status and provide the features associated with your purchase.
Permissions and Location
Some features may request access to your camera, photographs, files, or location. Where required, your device will ask for permission before access is provided, and you can manage these permissions through your device settings. Cresting does not intend to continuously track precise location for advertising purposes.
How Information Is Used
Information handled through our Services is used as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain subscriptions and cloud services, secure our systems, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, diagnose technical issues, improve product performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
Data Sharing
Cresting may use service providers for cloud infrastructure, storage, 3D generation, artificial intelligence, subscriptions, security, diagnostics, and related technical services. Information is provided to these services only as reasonably necessary to perform their functions.
We do not intend to sell personal information or private user content to data brokers or advertisers, or track users across unrelated apps and websites for targeted advertising.
Security, Retention, and Deletion
Cresting uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled through our Services. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain subscriptions, protect our systems, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the Service and applicable law, users may request access to or deletion of certain information. Deleting an application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription or immediately remove cloud-hosted content.
Legal and Policy Matters
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect Cresting, our users, or others.
Our Services are not intended to knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, technology, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version.
Questions or privacy requests may be submitted using the contact information provided through the applicable Cresting product or Cresting LLC’s official website.
This Privacy Policy applies to services owned and operated by Cresting LLC.
